Handforth-delivering 7 shared ownership houses for Great Places/Plum Life Housing -completion due March 24

Working with our property agent and land partners, we source development sites in areas that our partners operate and have existing affordable housing stock.

Once a suitable development site has been found and terms agreed for its purchase, we quickly apply for the relevant planning permission with the local authority. Once planning is granted a JCT Design and Building contract is signed with our partner for the development of the project.
